The figures on starting Legion stats don't take into account the fact that the Sorceror perk uses wickedness not martial, some combinations can be achieved in different ways using both Master Archer or Sorceror.

I'm not diligent enough to go through all the possibilities, anyone else up to the task?

I tested each configuration only a handful of times, so the statistics in this are quite poor. Stat points refers to how many

With 0 stat points: always level 2

With 4 stat points(1/1 or 3/0) level 2 or 3

With 8 stat points 1/1/1/1: level 2 or 3 with 8 stat points 1/1/3: level 2(rare),3, 4 , 5(rare)

with 10 stat points ones/3: level 4-6 seen.

The level range seems to always be from level 2 or 3 to a higher level.

This higher level seems to depend both on how many 0-stats you have and also the highest level in a stat and seems to

take the worse of the two.

High Rank seems to weigh the results towards the higher end, but not affect the maximum or minimum.
