Fighting between the Chains of Torment and the Abyssal Striders have kept both groups from becoming too organized and too orthodox in structure. Proximity is the greatest cause of their dissent. Before Pandamonium’s construction, Mammon argued for the excavation of minerals from the mountain range which the Chains and Striders occupy.
